terms of service
I: PERSONAL USE TOS
1) I reserve the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with.2) Half of the commission price is due upfront. After that sum is paid I will begin work on the commission.3a) For illustration commissions; when the commission is complete the customer will receive a watermarked, low-resolution image of the final product. After the customer pays the remaining balance, I will send a high resolution PNG and PDF of the finished commission without a watermark.3b) For animatic commissions; when the commission is complete the customer will receive a watermarked, low-resolution video of the final product. After the customer pays the remaining balance, I will send the finished, HD resolution, unwatermarked video.
Due to copyright concerns, any animatics containing copyrighted audio (ex. songs from copyrighted artists/brands) will be sent in their final versions without audio (the audio will still be present for reference in previous stages of development. The customer is welcome to add the audio back themselves after receiving the finished video).4a) For illustration commissions; the customer can expect to receive their finished commission within four to six weeks maximum after payment, but it is likely to be completed before then depending on the speed of communication as well as the size of my current queue.4b) For animatic commissions; the customer can expect to receive their finished commission within six to eight weeks maximum after payment, but it is likely to be completed before then depending on the speed of communication as well as the size of my current queue.5) I do not permit the use/submission of ANY of my work in the training of generative AI. I similarly do not permit ANY of my work be input into a generative AI model to be edited, added onto, or changed in any way.6) Finished commissions will be posted to my socials unless the customer requests otherwise. The customer may request commissions be posted anonymously (customer name excluded), on the customer's page (with a link to my page provided for credit), or kept entirely private and withheld from all socials.
II: COMMERCIAL USE TOS
1) I currently am not accepting any commissions designed for commercial use.
III: REVISIONS POLICY
1a) For illustration commissions, the customer is granted 3 free revisions up to the lineart. Any additional revisions during this period will cost an additional $5, which the customer is expected to pay after the revision is completed.1b) After the lines and color are finalized, any revisions during the full render phase will cost an additional $10, which the customer is expected to pay after the revision is completed.2a) For animatic commissions, the customer is given 3 free full-scene revisions during the sketching phase. Any additional scene revisions during this period will cost an additional $10 per scene, which the customer is expected to pay after the revision is completed.2b) After the sketch is finalized, any full-scene revisions during the lineart phase or later will cost an additional $20, which the customer is expected to pay after the revision is completed.
VI: REFUND POLICY
1) For illustrative commissions, the customer may receive a 50% refund (50% of the upfront payment, not the full price) up until a thumbnail has been finalized. After the final thumbnail has been selected, refunding will not be offered.2) For animatic commissions, the customer may receive a 50% refund (50% of the upfront payment, not the full price) until the storyboard has been finalized. After the final storyboard has been approved, refunding will not be offered.
By purchasing a commission from me you hereby agree to all of the terms outlined above.
